At Ludo Battle, we strive to provide our users with the best possible gaming experience. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a user needs to request a refund for a transaction. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be issued and the process for requesting a refund. Refund Eligibility Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances: If a user makes a deposit into their account and experiences a technical issue that prevents them from participating in games or tournaments. If a user makes a deposit into their account and the deposit was made in error, and the funds have not yet been used to play games or tournaments. Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: If a user loses a game or tournament and requests a refund for the amount wagered. If a user withdraws funds from their account and later regrets the decision. Requesting a Refund To request a refund, the user must contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the transaction by sending an email to service@ludobattle.com with the following information: The user's full name and email address associated with their account The amount of the transaction The reason for the refund request Any supporting documentation or evidence Once the refund request has been received, our team will review the request and respond to the user within 3 business days. If the refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to the user's account within 5 business days. Dispute Resolution If a user is dissatisfied with the outcome of their refund request, they may contact us at service.ludobattle@gmail.com to initiate a dispute resolution process. We will work with the user to resolve the dispute in a timely and fair manner.
