01Overview
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund on Ludo Battle. We aim to handle every refund request fairly, transparently, and quickly. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Failed deposits are auto-reversed within 7 business days. Match entry fees are non-refundable once a match begins. Genuine technical errors are always reviewed in good faith.
02Deposits
Funds you deposit into your Ludo Battle wallet are treated as advance entries for skill-based gameplay. Once a deposit has been used to enter a match or tournament, it is non-refundable. Unused deposit balances may be withdrawn to your verified bank account, subject to KYC verification and our standard withdrawal terms.
03Failed or Stuck Transactions
If you initiate a deposit and the amount is debited from your bank or UPI but does not reflect in your Ludo Battle wallet within 30 minutes:
- Check the "Transactions" section of the app — most failed transactions are auto-reversed within 24 hours.
- If the amount is not credited and not reversed within 7 business days, raise a ticket via the in-app Support section, attaching your transaction reference (UPI Ref / UTR).
- Our team will investigate with the payment gateway and respond within 48 business hours.
04Withdrawal Issues
If a withdrawal you initiated has not arrived in your bank account within 24 business hours:
- Verify that your bank account / UPI details are correct and match your KYC name;
- Confirm that your KYC verification is fully approved;
- If both are in order, raise a support ticket — we will trace the payout and resolve any bank-side issue at no cost to you.
05Match & Tournament Refunds
Cancelled matches: If a match is cancelled before it begins (for example, due to insufficient opponents or a server-side issue), the entry fee is automatically returned to your wallet within minutes.
Tournaments cancelled by us: If a tournament is cancelled in full by Ludo Battle before play begins, all entry fees are refunded to participants' wallets within 24 hours.
Matches that begin and complete normally: Entry fees and outcomes are final. Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with results.
06Technical Errors
If a match is interrupted by a genuine server-side technical issue (server crash, disconnection of all players due to our systems, etc.) and cannot be resumed, we will:
- Refund all entry fees to participants' wallets; or
- Reschedule the affected match at no additional cost; or
- Award a prorated result based on game-state at the time of interruption, where determinable.
Disconnections caused by your own device, network, or power supply are not eligible for refunds. The game continues for other players, and your tokens may be auto-played by our reconnection logic.
07How to Request a Refund
To raise a refund request:
- Open the Ludo Battle app and tap Profile → Help & Support → Refund Request;
- Select the issue category and the relevant transaction or match;
- Attach a screenshot or supporting evidence where possible;
- Submit. You will receive an acknowledgement ticket number immediately.

08Processing Time
We aim to resolve refund requests within the following timelines:
- Failed deposits: Auto-reversed within 7 business days; manual cases resolved within 5 business days of ticket receipt.
- Cancelled matches & tournaments: Wallet credit within 24 hours.
- Technical error reviews: 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds to bank account: Reflect within 3–7 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
09Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Entry fees for matches that completed normally;
- Losses incurred during gameplay;
- Promotional / bonus credits that have expired or been forfeited due to violation of bonus terms;
- Deposits already used in gameplay;
- Charges incurred due to user error (e.g. depositing the wrong amount).
10Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a transaction made on Ludo Battle, your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation. We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first — most issues can be resolved faster and more amicably without involving the bank.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and recovery action.
